"Cross County Bank's Farmer Appreciation Dinner was a huge success, due in part to the entertaining speaker, Randy Frazier. Mr. Frazier delivered a message that was well received by young and old alike. His humor kept us wondering what would be next and his motivational speech touched the hearts of everyone. We're still getting requests for copies of his poem, "My Daddy was a Farmer".

"Randy has the ability to wiggle into your mind. He captivated the education staff by getting them involved in numerous activities and created positive thoughts that related to their jobs and their personal lifestyles. His message related to the person, the attitude, the ability and the purpose. He has a magical way of pulling all these threads together to show us the importance of what we do. Responsible stewardship and conservation education. You really feel good about yourself and what you do after you participate in one of his sessions."

"As one who has organized leadership training programs for over 17 years, I know what's good and what's really good, which you rarely get. Randy is way beyond really good. I needed a fun speaker with a message for a luncheon. Having booked Randy Frazier for keynotes and training sessions in the past, I knew he could fill the bill. The difference with this most recent group and where I’ve used him in the past is that my other groups were farmers and this was a non-ag group. But what a great fit.
I recommend Randy for any kind of group - big or small, rural or urban. He can relate to anybody and is a true pleasure to work with. (And I don’t say any of this about just anybody!)
Rose Marie Hopkins, Executive Director Missouri Workforce Investment Board
